“Deep Intuition” brings together works by artists who, while starting from a similar form of inquiry into the nature of artistic creation, produce in different formal orientations.

The artists, in their works, refuse to center a singular idea or a specific narrative progressing on the surface, believing instead in the indefinable and timeless mystery, the multi-layered language, inherent within the painting itself.

The works stand at a threshold where the figure no longer represents. In these paintings, the figure is not a subject or a symbol; it is treated as a pictorial element that maintains its presence on the surface of the painting. While identity and narrative recede into the background, the figure, moves away from its traditional representational role.

The artists prioritize creating a language in their work that is primarily established through the internal relationships of surface, color, form, and composition. While the body is treated as a trace, a remnant, and an area of tension, the figure ceases to be a carrier of meaning, transforming into a surface where meaning is dissolved.

Consciously allowing room for chance in their creative processes, the artists withdraw from absolute dominance, making visible the orientations of material, gesture, and process.
